Voice AI

A voice agent that speaks without robotic pauses, hears an interruption and knows when to pass the call to a live manager. It takes on outbound calling, confirmations and the first line—wherever it is easier for the customer to speak than to type.

How we do it

Four steps
from brief to handover.

  1. 01

    Script and objections

We listen to recordings of your own managers. A good script is written from real conversations, not from the imagination.

  2. 02

    Voice and telephony

We pick the voice, tune the delays and interruptions, and connect the numbers and the recording.

  3. 03

    Pilot on 200 calls

We listen to every conversation and rework the wording. At this stage the script usually changes by half.

  4. 04

    Scaling up

We increase the volume, watch the answer rate and the complaints, and connect the CRM.

Questions

About this
service.

01Will the customer realise they are talking to a robot?

Most likely yes—and we think it should be said in the first sentence. A hidden robot that gets found out annoys people more than an honest one. Our scripts open with an introduction: it saves time and removes the legal questions.

02What about the advertising law and 152-FZ?

Cold calling without consent is prohibited, and FAS (Russia’s competition regulator) fines companies for it. We work from lists with confirmed consent and keep the proof of consent for every number. Call recordings are personal data: we set up storage, retention periods and access under 152-FZ (Russia’s personal-data law).

03What does a minute of conversation cost?

Roughly ₽6–15 a minute: recognition, synthesis, the model and telephony. A live operator, counting salary, taxes and idle time, works out at ₽25–60 a minute. We calculate the exact figure on your own script after the pilot.

04And if the agent does not understand the question?

It asks again once, and on the second time hands over to a human along with the transcript, so the customer does not have to start over. The handover threshold is configurable: in some places it is better to play safe, in others to push on.
