Telegram ecosystem
Telegram is a till, a support desk and a shop window inside one app your customer has already installed. We build bots, Mini Apps and payment flows so nobody has to leave the messenger to buy.
Scope of work
point by point.
- Dialogue script and a state map for the bot
- Bot in Python (aiogram) or Go
- Mini App: a full interface inside Telegram
- Payments: ЮKassa (Russian payment provider), Telegram Payments, СБП (the national instant-payment system)
- Customer account and order history
- Broadcasts with segmentation and rate limiting to avoid a ban
- Integration with CRM, 1C (Russian accounting system), Google Sheets, amoCRM
- Admin panel: orders, users, broadcasts
- Logging and alerts when something falls over
- A guide for your team and handover of the source code
Situations
where this pays for itself.
Selling inside the messenger
Shop window, basket and payment in a Mini App. The customer goes from the ad to the receipt without switching apps once.
Checkout conversion 2–3× higher than the website
First-line support
The bot answers the routine questions and hands anything complex to an operator together with the dialogue history.
70% of requests closed without a human
Booking and appointments
Free slots, reminders a day and an hour ahead, rescheduling in two taps. Synchronised with your calendar.
−35% no-shows
Internal bot for staff
Requests, leave, certificates, end-of-shift reports. It works where your staff are already typing.
A report in 40 seconds instead of a 10-minute form
Four steps
from brief to handover.
- 01
Script
We draw the dialogue map: every state, every branch, and what happens on unexpected input.
- 02
Bot prototype
After 3–4 days you get a working bot in Telegram and tap through it yourself, rather than through a picture of it.
- 03
Payments and integrations
We connect card acquiring, fiscal receipts under 54-FZ (Russia’s cash-register law) and your CRM, then test refunds and part payments.
- 04
Load and launch
We check behaviour during a peak broadcast, set up monitoring and hand over the admin panel and credentials.

About this
service.
01How does a Mini App differ from an ordinary bot?
A bot is a conversation: buttons, messages, step-by-step scripts. A Mini App is a full web interface that opens inside Telegram—catalogue with filters, basket, map. A shop window is better as a Mini App, while notifications and support are better as a bot. Usually you need both.
02Can Telegram ban a bot over broadcasts?
It can, if you send without limits. We put the queue behind a rate limit, spread the broadcast over time and unsubscribe inactive users. We also collect consent to be messaged—that is both a Telegram requirement and a 152-FZ (Russia’s personal-data law) requirement.
03How do we take money in a bot legally?
Through card acquiring with fiscal receipts: ЮKassa, T-Bank, СБП. The receipt goes to the buyer automatically and the data goes to the fiscal data operator. We connect the provider to your legal entity, so the money goes straight to you and never passes through us.
04Where will the bot live and what does that cost?
On your VPS or in our cloud. A small bot is fine on a server at ₽500–1,500 a month. Ongoing support starts at ₽80,000 a month if you need changes and on-call; if the bot simply runs, you do not have to pay for support.
