This consent is a standalone document, not part of the Policy or of any other agreement. It is given separately by the personal-data subject, by ticking the corresponding box in a form on this website.

  2. 02Who gives consent

    Consent is given by the website visitor who has personally filled in and submitted a form on the site, ticking the corresponding box.

  3. 03Data covered

    Consent is given to the processing of the data the subject has entered in the form: name, email address, phone number, Telegram handle, information about the company, the content of the enquiry, including attached files, and source-tracking tags, and to the details of how the form was sent: the IP address, browser and device details, and the approximate location derived from the IP address.

  4. 04Purpose

    Replying to an enquiry, preparing a commercial proposal, concluding and performing a contract, considering an application for a vacancy, sending requested materials, protecting the website and its forms from spam and abuse.

  5. 05Actions and methods of processing

    Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, blocking, deletion and destruction, with and without the use of automation tools.

  6. 06Third parties and cross-border transfer

    To deliver the enquiry notification and correspondence, data is shared with Telegram and Google (Gmail); both companies' servers are outside Russia, so this is a cross-border transfer.   7. 07Term

    The consent is valid until the purpose of the processing is achieved or until it is withdrawn.

  8. 08Procedure and consequences of withdrawal

    A withdrawal is sent in free form to [email protected] and is acted upon within the period established by law. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal was received, and does not terminate the keeping of documents where that obligation is established by law.

  9. 09Consent to the newsletter

    Consent to receive informational materials by newsletter is given through a separate field on the form and is not a condition for sending an enquiry: an enquiry can be sent without agreeing to the newsletter.
