Careers

For engineers tired of
chasing approvals.

A small team with no layer of managers. You talk to the client, make the decisions and answer for the result. Nothing reaches you after three retellings.

Conditions

Why work here
and what stands behind it.

01

Remote, properly

The team is fully remote. The only requirement is four hours of overlap with Moscow time.

02

Tools on us

Subscriptions, APIs and licences for everything you work with. Arguing with an engineer over 20 dollars a month is bad economics.

03

Training budget

₽100,000 a year for courses, conferences and books. With no reports on “relevance to current tasks”.

04

Flexible hours

We look at the demo every 2–3 days. There is no time tracker.

05

A share of the projects

Run a project from brief to handover and you get a percentage. It is counted when the project closes.

06

The right to say “no”

An engineer can refuse to hand over something they consider half-baked. That is a normal part of the process, and it is written into how we work.

Hiring

How it goes
and how long it takes.

  1. 01

    Application

We look at the CV and at the code. Everyone gets a reply within three working days, rejections included.

  2. 02

    Conversation

An hour about your experience and our work. No questions about manhole covers or algorithms you will never use.

  3. 03

    Task

Small, paid, taken from real work. It runs to 3–4 hours, and it is about how you think.

  4. 04

    Offer

We go through the task together and discuss the terms. From application to offer usually takes 7–10 days.
